What Is a Cosmetic Product Safety Report and Why Do You Need It?
Before any cosmetic product can be sold in the European Union, it must be supported by a Cosmetic Product Safety Report. This document confirms that the product has been reviewed by a qualified safety assessor and is safe for consumers under normal and reasonably foreseeable conditions of use. A CPSR includes information about the formula, ingredients, toxicological profile, packaging, exposure, and product claims.
